SITUATION

“I reloaded Rs. 1,000 this morning. Why is my balance only Rs. 420?” Customers see their balance, not why it changed - and agents rebuild the answer by hand across several systems.

DELIVERABLES

  1. 01Customer chat and voice call in English, Sinhala and Tamil on one conversation engine
  2. 02Investigation engine: balance reconstruction from ledger postings and itemised usage, in integer cents
  3. 03Evidence states (sufficient, partial, conflicting) decided by rules - conflicts block account changes
  4. 04Three allow-listed actions, each needing an explicit, case-bound customer confirmation
  5. 05Append-only Trust Receipt with a SHA-256 digest for every resolution
  6. 06Agent dashboard: review queue, evidence, actions, conversation and receipt history

AI handles language only. Every number, decision and account change is made by code - and when the evidence is partial, a human agent gets the case with the investigation attached.

    A complaint typed in English, Sinhala or Tamil - Singlish and Tanglish included.

    Zeptaz Voice streams the call to Gemini Live and sends the final transcript to Resolve, HMAC-signed. Audio is never stored.

    Gemini turns the complaint into a structured case. Language only - it never decides a number.

  4. 03account.records

    Recharges, packages, VAS charges and itemised usage (synthetic sandbox schema).

  5. 03reconcile

    Deterministic reconciliation in integer cents, e.g. 1,000 − 499 − 60 − 21 = 420.

  6. 04evidence.state

    SUFFICIENT, PARTIAL or CONFLICTING - decided by rules. Conflicts block account changes.

  7. 05customer.confirm

    One of three allow-listed actions, proposed with a 5-minute, hash-bound confirmation.

  8. 05agent.review

    Unexplained money or missing evidence goes to a human agent with the investigation attached.

  9. 06trust.receipt

    Append-only Trust Receipt with a SHA-256 digest. Idempotent: exactly one account change on retries.
